1.Confirm that E4x4 Pre is set for input and output in the software that you are using.
2.Confirm that the E4x4 Pre is connected to the computer correctly.
3.Quit all the software that is using the E4x4 Pre, and unplug and re-plug the USB cable connected to the E4x4 Pre.
