    TOPPING Pro prompts errors

    1. Connect PC and USB-C port (not the POWER port) on the unit with included USB cable. Insert connection cables all the way in.
    2. Try connecting a DC5V power supply to POWER port.
    3. Check the operating system for compliance: macOS 12 or later (optional driver requires 10.13 or later); Windows 10 or later.
    4. Turn off all antivirus applications, uninstall ToppingPro and delete it cleanly, reinstall ToppingPro.
    5. Confirm if the USB cable is broken or damaged, replace the USB cable with a new one. Use a USB cable no longer than 2 meters.
    6. Try with other USB ports of your computer. It is best to use the USB ports located at the back of the computer host and avoid using a USB HUB.
    7. Check if the problem is on the computer. Try another one.
