1. Confirm that E1x2 OTG is set for input and output in the software that you are using.
2. Confirm that the E1x2 OTG is connected to the computer correctly.
3. Quit all the software that is using the E1x2 OTG, and unplug and re-plug the USB cable connected to the E1x2 OTG.
